2. Marketplace Rules

SunFind is a marketplace for digital products. You may not list physical products, offer illegal content, or engage in fraudulent transactions. All listings must accurately represent the product being sold.

3. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from: sharing external payment links outside of the platform, requesting contact information via direct messages, listing copyrighted material without proper authorization, or attempting to circumvent our payment system.

4. Intellectual Property

Sellers retain ownership of their digital products. By listing on SunFind, you grant us a limited license to display and promote your products on our platform. Buyers receive a license to use purchased products as specified by the seller.

5. Payments & Fees

SunFind charges a platform fee on each transaction. Payment processing is handled securely. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our refund policy.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users who engage in fraudulent activity or abuse the platform will be permanently banned.

7. Limitation of Liability

SunFind is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or legality of listed products. We act as an intermediary marketplace and do not guarantee the performance of any digital product.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
